Returns & Refunds

As a small business producing made-to-order prints, The Altered Store offers a limited, case-by-

case return policy.

• If you’re unsatisfied with your order, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at

alteredstore.global@gmail.com.

• For damaged items, email us within 7 days, including clear photos of the damage.

We only accept returns for:

• Visually or physically defective photographic prints

• Custom orders with confirmed production defects

If approved, we may offer a reprint or a full refund (excluding shipping), provided the item isn’t

damaged due to customer handling. Returns should be sent with Delivery Confirmation, as we

cannot refund lost returns.

For non-print items, they must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging to qualify for a

refund.

Gift cards and digital products are non-returnable.
